We’ve put together some oft he questions we are most commonly asked on a day to day basis.

Which products can you repair?

We are able to repair most Coin changegivers ,Acceptors and note readers used in Vending ,car parking and amusement applications. Just ask with your specific requirement.

Do you supply Payment systems?

We supply both New and refurbished equipment ,and can normally offer next day delivery if required. Products come with either full manufacture warranty or Coin Solutions guarantee

 

How long does it take to turnaround repairs?

We normally operate on 3-5 working days. If you are urgent we will try and return units sooner using next day courier

Do you offer collection/delivery service to save using courier?

We have our own driver/van collection routes that are normally same day each week. If you are close to one of these routes we do not charge for this service

Can we get technical support from you?

We have dedicated technical support (option1 when telephoning)Otherwise submit a request on the contact page and we will rely asap.

Can you update yet for the new £1 coin?

We are already updating some products for the New £1 coin. See the news page for the latest information and how this may affect the products you use.

How do we update for New Polymer bank notes?
